Accounts Receivable Manager

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the ARM team, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding accounts, denials, and appeals

Develop AR policies, procedures, and KPIs to support revenue cycle goals

Oversee day-to-day operations and lead cross-departmental efforts to improve collections and reduce denials

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree preferred or 3-5 years of equivalent experience in healthcare

2-3 years of collections, billing, and / or claims experience

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience preferred

Demonstrated mastery of billing and accounts receivable procedures

Familiarity with ICD-10, HCPCS, and general medical terminology
