We are searching for the best talent for an Innovation Coordinator.
This position plays a vital role in supporting our team's success by providing comprehensive administrative assistance. You will be the organizational backbonehelping coordinate activities, manage schedules, and ensure smooth operationsenabling our team to focus on advancing innovative healthcare solutions. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be key to helping our team succeed.
You will support organizations and functions that operate across multiple Johnson & Johnson campuses and interact with a variety of stakeholdersincluding surgeons, healthcare professionals, and internal teams. Discretion, professionalism, and respect are essential in every interaction, as you represent Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery in all your engagements.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members and leadership
- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangementsensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize team activities
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Track and reconcile expenses, budgets, and procurement requests
- Maintain organized files, documentation, and project records in compliance with company policies
- Facilitate effective communication across departments and with external partners
- Support project documentation, change controls, and audits
- Assist with office organization, including coordinating office moves and supplies
- Seeks to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency
- Interact professionally with collaborators, including surgeons, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, demonstrating discretion and respect at all times
- Be a dependable teammate, always willing to support team success
Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's Degree preferredPrior demonstrated track record and / or related experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable working with various softwares and technologiesWillingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly in a fast-paced, creative environmentAdditional Information
The anticipated base pay range for this position is 49,000 to 78,200.The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year.
