ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

At Stewart Glass, you will work in a state-of-the-art glass factory, collaborating with a highly skilled team in a dynamic, hands-on environment. We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer with 5 years of experience to join our team in Logan, OH.

PRIMARY DUTIES :

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and equipment for glass manufacturing operations.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and control systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, ensuring compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
  • Support automation, PLCs, instrumentation, and control systems to optimize efficiency and reliability.
  • Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and reports for management and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, budgetary, and timeline expectations.
  • Work on-site full-time in Logan, OH, providing hands-on support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED / DESIRED :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
  • U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional electrical engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related environments.
  • Strong background in electrical design, system integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PLC programming, control systems, and automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Self-motivated, hands-on, and detail-oriented professional.
