About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Producer & Associate Art Director to join our LA-based 4th & Bleeker studio - the creative hub of Réalisation Par. This is a dual role that combines production expertise with creative direction : overseeing shoots from concept to delivery, while helping shape the visual world of the brand.

Working closely with the Creative Director and Creative Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading pre-production, casting, budgeting, and post-production of mainline, campaign, and collaboration shoots while also driving creative concepts, moodboards, and on-set art direction.

You’ll bring together the worlds of logistics and creativity ensuring that every project runs seamlessly and reflects the signature Réalisation spirit.

What You’ll Do

Lead production for all shoots - from concept through delivery - managing casting, locations, crew, and logistics.

Partner with the Creative Director to shape campaign concepts, visual direction, and creative decks.

Manage shoot budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to deliver exceptional results on time and within scope.

Collaborate across teams (Social, Partnerships, Marketing, Design) to ensure creative alignment and consistency.

Oversee post-production and content roll-outs, ensuring the brand’s imagery and storytelling meet the highest standard.

Mentor junior creatives and foster an environment of collaboration, curiosity, and originality.

Who You Are

A creative producer with strong art direction instincts and an eye for imagery, composition, and style.

6+ years’ experience in creative production, fashion, or content direction.

Experienced in leading shoots across studio and location environments - both local and international.

Highly organized with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and understands the balance between brand consistency and innovation.

Passionate about visual storytelling, with a deep understanding of the Réalisation aesthetic.
