Bilingual Medication Therapy Representative

A company is looking for a Representative, Medication Therapy Management Services (Remote)(Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

Handles inbound / outbound pharmacy calls and ensures compliance with CMS standards

Educates members on the importance of medication adherence and annual reviews

Supports pharmacists and technicians with clerical services and day-to-day operations

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of related experience, including call center or customer service

Ability to work independently on special projects

Ability to multi-task while communicating with members

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software

Health care industry experience is preferred
