Position Overview- We’re seeking a Licensed Optician with a passion for fashion, sales, and personalized client experiences. If you thrive in a high-end retail environment and love helping clients look and feel their best, this is your opportunity to join a legacy brand and grow your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide concierge-style service to a sophisticated clientele
  • Drive individual and team sales while exceeding KPIs
  • Stay current with fashion trends and offer expert styling advice
  • Build lasting relationships through client outreach and follow-up
  • Maintain showroom standards for cleanliness and merchandising
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless luxury experiences

Qualifications

  • Dispensing license required- or an action plan to obtain.
  • Minimum 3 years of optical retail sales experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, polished, and solution-oriented
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive approach to sales
  • Passion for fashion and luxury eyewear
