The Role :

As a Maintenance Technician at Pinnacle Lodging, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing our facilities and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs to minimize downtime and ensure a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Routine Inspections : Perform regular checks of facilities and systems to proactively identify maintenance needs.
• Preventative Maintenance : Carry out scheduled upkeep of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs : Diagnose and resolve issues across a variety of systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Tool & Equipment Use : Utilize a variety of hand and power tools to complete repairs and installations.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed records of work completed, materials used, and systems performance.
• Team Collaboration : Partner with the Lodging team to ensure maintenance efforts are efficient and coordinated.
• Safety First : Uphold all safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
