What You’ll Be Doing :

Customer Service & Engagement

Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and offer styling advice or product recommendations

Answer product inquiries and ensure every customer has a pleasant shopping experience

Drive Sales Performance

Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive selling

Upsell and cross-sell relevant items, and support in-store promotions or campaigns

Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising

Keep the store tidy, clean, and well-stocked

Ensure displays are attractive, organized, and reflect brand standards

Product Knowledge

Learn and understand our full product range

Provide accurate and helpful product information to customers

Cashiering

Handle payments and transactions accurately

Follow store cash handling procedures and maintain a reliable till

Who We’re Looking For :

Prior experience in retail or customer service, preferably in fashion or babywear

Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Sales-driven and enjoys helping customers find the perfect item

Reliable team player who can adapt to a fast-paced retail setting

Willing to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
