A top tier global law firm is seeking an ambitious mid-level associate to join its national Real Estate Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Qualified candidates should have 3 - 8 years of law firm experience working on sophisticated real estate lending transactions.
• Exposure to balance sheet bank lending work preferred, but not required.
• Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superior academic background and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility and client interaction.
• The Real Estate Finance practice is closely integrated across the U.S., and accordingly candidates will be considered who can work from one of the following office locations : New York, DC, Chicago, Atlanta, Dallas, Cleveland, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Irvine.
• Candidate must currently be at an Am Law 200 or better firm.
• 5+ to 7 years experience
