Digital Marketing Specialist
This position will be instrumental in driving organic traffic, enhancing our online presence, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles, content management, and data analytics, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations. Responsible for managing and optimizing online marketing efforts across multiple websites and platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maximizing ROI on marketing budgets.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develops and implements comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic.
- Conducts regular site audits and collaborate with developers to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Supports content management and lead the analysis and reporting of campaign performance, SEO tactics, and translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Performs keyword research and competitive analysis to support content planning.
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
Education, Experience And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field required.Minimum 3 (three) years of SEO experience required.Related, relevant, and / or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above.Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (Ksa)
Strong understanding of marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Ahrefs or similar marketing automation platforms).Experience with content management systems (Drupal, WordPress).In-depth knowledge of SEO principles.Familiarity with basic web design principles and HTML knowledge.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Licenses, Certifications And Registrations
