Will consider BC / BE FM or IM candidates with geriatric fellowship or geriatric experienceOverview : - Opportunity to expand and develop the geriatric program- Setting includes geriatric assessment clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits- Practice includes 2 NPs- Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package- Work Monday-Friday and participate in a shared after-hours call rotation
