Leidos is seeking an Energy Engineer to provide technical reviews of energy efficiency projects and support energy-efficiency programs at large industrial and commercial facilities near Detroit, Michigan. This position offers an opportunity to develop or review custom energy calculation savings estimates for energy efficiency projects within a team environment.
Leidos emphasizes delivering innovative solutions built on a commitment to customers, people, and the community. The role requires understanding efficiency opportunities across commercial and industrial sites and the ability to accurately calculate energy savings. The Energy Engineer will manage relationships with customers and suppliers and demonstrate knowledge of energy efficiency technologies and practices. Strong knowledge of building systems, industrial systems, construction practices, and / or the energy efficiency industry is preferred. The candidate should be highly motivated, well organized, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and work well in a team setting. Productivity, accuracy, organization, and effective communication are essential.
Location : The ideal candidate will be located within a commutable distance to Detroit, Michigan, supporting large industrial and commercial facilities throughout the Detroit Metropolitan region.

Pay Range $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
