A company is looking for a Billing Representative to manage customer invoicing and provider timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers and providers to resolve collection and billing issues
Invoice customers according to contractual terms and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with sales and customer success teams to address billing and timekeeping issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
1-2 years of Accounts Receivable / Collections experience
General ledger experience is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Sage Intacct and / or Salesforce experience preferred
High-speed internet and a dedicated at-home workstation
