Our partner client is seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to evaluate the cross-functional aspects of our business and ensure alignment with our overall strategic plan. This individual will be responsible for building and implementing SIOP processes from the ground up—integrating demand, supply, finance, and operations to optimize performance and drive measurable results.

  • Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive SIOP process that enhances business alignment and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with demand, supply, finance, and operations teams to deliver accurate planning, forecasting, and execution.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure SIOP strategies directly support business goals and long-term growth.
  • Evaluate business performance metrics and recommend improvements across functions.
