This organization is building the liquidity layer for on-chain finance.

The first product is an institutional-grade smart contract protocol that facilitates interoperability and liquidity across tokenized financial assets and stablecoins. The mission is to bridge traditional finance (TradFi) and decentralized finance (DeFi) in a transparent, efficient, and highly scalable way—replatforming global financial markets on blockchain infrastructure that is 10x better.

The flagship protocol connects tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24 / 7, real-time, compliant capital movement across blockchains. It serves as a neutral, programmable settlement layer deployed across chains, unlocking interoperability, yield access, and liquidity coordination for institutions.

Already live in production with major partners, the team is now scaling globally across partners, clients, and applications.

šŸ“ˆ Role Overview

The Head of Growth will own institutional and DeFi adoption of the protocol, turning product-market fit into repeatable revenue. This is the first dedicated growth leadership role, responsible for building the GTM engine across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem growth (exchanges, asset managers, stablecoin issuers, corporate treasuries, fintechs, trading firms, and payment platforms).

You’ll partner directly with the founder on strategy, own the pipeline and forecast, design playbooks, and close lighthouse deals—while creating the conditions for scalable growth (hiring, systems, metrics). This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives at the intersection of TradFi and crypto.

Scope : Direct sales + strategic partnerships + ecosystem development + growth marketing (select initiatives)

Own the GTM & Revenue Engine

  • Define ICPs, segmentation, and territories across TradFi and crypto; set quarterly OKRs and revenue targets
  • Build / manage the full funnel (outbound, inbound, channel, ecosystem) with a metrics-driven approach
  • Create repeatable sales motions for asset managers, stablecoin issuers, payment orchestrators, exchanges, fintechs, and corporate treasuries

Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across global institutions
  • Structure partnerships (distribution, liquidity, co-marketing, joint solutions) to drive adoption
  • Negotiate commercial terms (volume tiers, usage-based pricing, rev share, MDF)
  • Define incentive structures and fee-sharing arrangements for institutional and DeFi adoption
  • Product Narrative & Enablement

  • Craft positioning : the neutral liquidity layer powering on-chain financial applications
  • Build enterprise-grade enablement (ROI models, integration guides, case studies, demo scripts)
  • Champion customer feedback into the roadmap; partner with product / engineering to reduce onboarding friction
  • Market Intelligence & Ecosystem Development

  • Map the institutional on-chain finance landscape (stablecoins, tokenized funds, exchanges, custodians, wallets, banks, fintechs, middleware)
  • Identify high-value use cases and orchestrate pilots / programs that move real flows
  • Represent the company at key events, with media / analysts, and in thought leadership
  • Team, Process, and Infrastructure

  • Stand up systems, CRM, forecasting, and operational cadence
  • Recruit and develop a lean, high-leverage team (AE / BDR / Partnerships / Revenue Ops)
  • Instill a culture of urgency, precision, integrity, and success

  • $5M–$10M in contracted ARR / volume-linked revenue across 6–10 institutional accounts
  • 2–3 distribution partnerships driving pipeline, liquidity, and yield demand

    Experience

  • 7–12+ years in B2B growth / sales / BD for infrastructure or financial products (crypto, fintech, capital markets tech, or B2B SaaS into FIs)
  • Proven closer of complex deals with banks, asset managers, custodians, treasuries, or exchanges
  • Built or scaled a GTM motion from zero / low base to repeatable revenue (early-stage experience strongly preferred)
  • Commercial & Communication

  • Executive presence; comfortable with C-suite, risk, legal, and ops stakeholders
  • Skilled in ROI cases and commercial constructs (volume tiers, rev-share, platform fees, incentives)
  • Clear, persuasive storyteller; adept at demos and whiteboarding complex flows
  • Industry & Technical

  • Knowledge of stablecoins, tokenized funds / RWAs, custody, KYC / AML, on / off-ramps, wallets, exchanges, settlement flows
  • Ability to translate protocol mechanics (smart contracts, liquidity routing, composability) into business impact and risk controls
