    • About the Role We are seeking a Board-Certified Clinical Pediatric Endocrinologist to join our comprehensive pediatric team. You will manage a wide range of endocrine disorders in children and adolescents, from diabetes to growth and hormonal imbalances.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions such as :

    • Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes

  • Growth and puberty disorders
  • Thyroid, adrenal, and pituitary dysfunction
  • Disorders of sexual development
  • Metabolic bone diseases
  • Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests
  • Deliver both inpatient consultations and outpatient continuity care
  • Provide family-centered education and counseling on long-term condition management
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in the EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and CME activities

    • Qualifications Required :

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Endocrinology fellowship
  • Board Certification in Pediatric Endocrinology
  • Eligible for Wyoming medical licensure
  • Exceptional communication and clinical decision-making skills
  • Passion for compassionate, culturally sensitive care

    • Preferred :

  • Experience with insulin pump therapy and CGM systems
  • Interest in teaching, mentoring, or community outreach
  • Bilingual proficiency a plus
