Clinical Director – Seasons Hospice (Tulsa, OK)

Are you an experienced RN leader searching for a role where your skills make a lasting impact—and your heart finds purpose? Seasons Hospice, a faith-based, nonprofit organization , is seeking a Clinical Director to guide our team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered hospice care.

This is more than a leadership position—it’s a calling. Here, your expertise, mentorship, and faith-driven leadership will shape the care experience for patients and families during life’s most tender moments.

As Clinical Director, you will :

  • Lead with Purpose : Oversee clinical operations, ensuring every patient receives care marked by dignity, compassion, and excellence.
  • Mentor and Inspire Nurses : Guide RNs, LPNs, and CNAs - coaching, supporting, and providing hands-on leadership.
  • Elevate Quality of Care : Monitor outcomes, strengthen documentation practices, and drive improvements that directly impact CAHPS scores and patient / family satisfaction.
  • Champion Compliance : Ensure adherence to CHAP accreditation, state and federal regulations, and best clinical practices.
  • Collaborate Strategically : Partner with leadership on staffing models, census growth, and budgeting to ensure sustainable, mission-driven care.
  • Stay Visible & Present : Round with staff, connect with families, and build a culture of trust, teamwork, and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Current RN license in Oklahoma.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience (hospice experience a plus, but not required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of hospice regulations and CHAP standards (or willingness to learn).
  • A heart for patients, families, and caregivers—and a desire to serve in a faith-driven mission.

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • Salary : $98,000 – $103,000 annually +monthly bonuses based on average daily census.
