KVC is looking for an Revenue Cycle Manager to lead our billing, collections, and cash flow improvement strategies. What You’ll Do :

  • Develop and maintain effective procedures for accurate accounts receivable management and timely collections.
  • Analyze financial trends to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide strategic revenue oversight, ensuring compliance with evolving healthcare regulations.
  • Oversee payment reconciliations, cash receipts, and billing reports.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff while ensuring operational excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare financial regulations.

    • What We’re Looking For :

  • Education : Associates Degree or 5+ years of relative experience.
  • Experience : 5+ years in finance / accounting, managing accounts receivable, or supervising healthcare revenue cycle operations.
  • Skills :

    • Strong analytical abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and billing software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Requirements :

    • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
