Role Overview

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards. The Supervisor plays a key role in managing team performance, providing direction and guidance, and ensuring that operational goals are met. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage workflow and support team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
• Knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems), ATS, and Microsoft.
• In-depth knowledge of FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, FEHA, and related regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Annual Rate : $78,000 to $84,000
