Responsibilities :
- Assist with enrolling and wiping devices to be shipped out to new users.
- Perform performance testing of devices to ensure they are in a healthy state prior to redeployment.
Requirements :
Experience with desktop troubleshooting.Experience with Intune Device Management, Enrollment, Wiping, and Resetting Devices in Intune.Understanding of Citrix VDI and VDA (preferred).Shipping experience (highly preferred).MECM experience (preferred).Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical requirements of moving & helping to ship laptops.Detail-oriented, self-motivated, critical thinking skills, and able to provide feedback or improvement suggestions.Well-organized and efficient.ServiceNow experience for tracking tickets and managing devices (preferred).Additional Information :
The pay range is based on current market rates and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other factors.
