Detail-oriented, self-motivated, critical thinking skills, and able to provide feedback or improvement suggestions. Well-organized and efficient. ServiceNow experience for tracking tickets and managing devices (preferred).

Responsibilities :
- Assist with enrolling and wiping devices to be shipped out to new users.
- Perform performance testing of devices to ensure they are in a healthy state prior to redeployment.
