A company is looking for an Overnight Editor II for their Newshub team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute stories for all digital platforms, ensuring quick and accurate editing
Collaborate with colleagues on various broadcast formats to ensure proper vetting and presentation of reporting
Commission, edit, and organize contributions from NPR staff while maintaining adherence to news standards
Required Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in editing national or international news writing on deadline
Demonstrated excellence in digital editing, reporting, and writing
Broadcast experience and familiarity with NPR journalism
Ability to work efficiently under deadline pressure
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
