LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Mission Hills, California.

Job Description & Requirements

Experience & Education

  • Experience : Minimum 2 years of acute care hospital Case Management experience performing care coordination and discharge planning – Required
  • Travel Experience : Required (first-time travelers acceptable)
  • Education : Active RN license (BSN not required)

    • Licensure & Certifications

  • Certifications Required :

    • BLS – Basic Life Support

  • ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
  • Additional Preferred Skills / Certs :

    • Proficient in Microsoft applications

  • Familiarity with InterQual criteria for admissions
  • Competent with arranging DME, SNF, and ambulance transport independently

    • Shift & Scheduling

  • Shift Type : Day
  • Shift Length : 8 hours
  • Schedule : 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 AM – 04 : 30 PM)
  • Weekend Requirement : Every other weekend
  • Holiday Requirement : Must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day)
  • Float Requirement : Expected to float between facilities within the state
