Overview
Our client, a nationally recognized plaintiffs' law firm, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join its team on a temporary basis, with the potential to transition into a permanent role. This position will provide litigation support to the Mass Tort team.
Responsibilities
- Review and summarize medical records
- Draft discovery responses
- Prepare settlement claim packages
- Conduct new client intake
- Respond to client inquiries
- Assist attorneys with case management and special projects
