The ideal candidate must be bilingual (English / Spanish) , have proven recruitment experience, and a reliable vehicle to travel to different sites when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. This role is crucial in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates through cold calling and networking.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Regularly visit warehouses and worksites to meet employees, ensure their well-being, and address any requests or concerns.
• Participate in campus recruitment initiatives to attract emerging talent.
• Ensure client requirements are met by filling orders on time and arranging backup staff as needed.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with both clients and employees.
• Achieve hiring goals and recruitment deadlines.
