Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Clearwater, FL.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, oversee hiring processes, and develop employer branding strategies in coordination with HR leadership.
This role will be key in ensuring every candidate enjoys a positive, seamless experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
Partner with stakeholders to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
Screen, interview, and coordinate with candidates to ensure timely communication.
Champion the candidate experience by providing clear, respectful, and consistent updates.
Track recruiting metrics and share insights with the HR team to support continuous improvement.
