What You’ll DoRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, creating employee files, and extending offers.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates using job boards, social media, professional networks, and community outreach.
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring plans.
- Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
HR Generalist Support
Assist in the administration of HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.Contribute to benefits administration, leave management, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.Maintain employee records in accordance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.Collaborate with HR leadership on process improvement, retention strategies, and DEIB initiatives.Work Schedule : Full-Time, (on-site) Monday–Friday — ideal for professionals who value both purpose and balance.

Requirements : Required :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; experience in healthcare, hospitality, or nonprofit sectors preferred.Proficiency in HRIS / ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.Preferred :
1–2 years of HR generalist or HR support experience strongly preferred.Strong understanding of employment laws, hiring compliance, and best practices.
