Program Security Senior Manager

The Boeing Company is looking for a Program Security Senior Manager to join the Enterprise Classified Security team in El Segundo, CA. The manager will manage and ensure the flawless execution of classified security programs at Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and other restricted or proprietary levels and achieve all operational goals.
Position Responsibilities :
- Manage employees performing activities on the largest proprietary program to protect information from unauthorized disclosure, including security inquiries, compliance assessments and implementation security controls
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
- Develop and implement Program Protection Implementation and / or OPSEC Plans
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manage, develop and motivate employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years10+ years of experience in Industrial Security5+ years of experience in personnel security administration, physical security, communications security and / or other programmatic security-related field5+ years of experience in leading teams and team developmentExperience working within the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) domain on highly technical programsExperience interpreting and applying Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) policy and protection measures to data, hardware, tests and P2 methodologyAbility to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and / or Special Access Programs (SAP)Ability to travel up to 10% of the timeActive Counterintelligence (CI) PolygraphPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience10+ years of security-related work experience working in one or a combination of the following domains : NISP, SAP, and / or SCI10+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives in the Defense or Aerospace environment10+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customersActive Suitability PolygraphApplications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 18, 2025.
