Job Description

As a Security Officer - Patrol Specialist in Oshkosh, WI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents through routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your role includes monitoring assigned areas, responding promptly to incidents, and building positive relationships by delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while upholding professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility interior, production areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual conditions, security-related hazards, or suspicious activity within the manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Communicate and collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all personnel.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner as directed by site procedures.
  • Assist with access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
