Pennsylvania Licensed Transportation Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead transportation projects and expand regional presence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead mid-to-large-scale transportation projects from setup through project delivery

Manage project budgets, scope, schedule, and staffing to ensure successful outcomes

Pursue new business and maintain client relationships while overseeing project billing and updates

Required Qualifications

B.S. degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred)

10+ years of transportation design engineering and project management experience

Professional Engineering License (PE) preferred or ability to obtain it

Proficiency in MS Office; MicroStation preferred

Familiarity with PennDOT design standards preferred
