Director of Product

A company is looking for a Director of Product who is a visionary and builder, focusing on user experience and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and own the product vision and roadmap, translating it into impactful features and user experiences

Oversee integrations with core systems and make informed decisions on build vs. buy strategies

Manage a product team and vendors, ensuring alignment and focus on delivering high-quality products

Required Qualifications

10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Experience with LMS / LXP platforms is strongly preferred

Strong technical background in APIs, integrations, and SAAS

Fluency in agile practices and analytics
