A company is looking for a Genesys Business Analyst experienced in AI and Customer Experience (CX).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for CX improvement
Define business requirements, use cases, and user stories for Genesys and AI initiatives
Partner with IT, Operations, and CX teams to align goals and priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably with Genesys platform)
Proven background working on AI or chatbot-driven CX initiatives
Experience working in Agile environments
