Key Responsibilities
Drive new business sales and manage the sales process for Life, Accident, Disability, and Absence Management products
Foster relationships with brokers and consultants to generate new business opportunities and maintain client retention
Meet or exceed annual business goals related to new business premium and case count
Required Qualifications
High energy and self-motivation with a proactive approach to business relationships
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a matrix organization
In-depth knowledge of insurance coverages and products
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
