About the role

• Clinical Counselors with Living Well Professional Counseling are employed based on part-time status and are paid per session based on a fee schedule established by the agency. Counselors complete a W-4 and Arkansas Withholding Form upon hire. Clinical counselors demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit to build and maintain client loads. Every position at LWC is expected to adhere to the LWC Ministry Standard and Core Competencies and Values at all times. For this particular counseling position, we need an LCSW / LPC who will be available for some after school / work appointments. Minimum 3 years as an LCSW or LPC is necessary. Experience as a counselor supervisor would be a plus in this role. Telehealth and in-office at Harmony Baptist Association.
