Must-Have : Critical thinking skills, ability to work in a stressful environment, and decisive judgment

Description :

Provides direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.

Implements and monitors patient care plans.

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.

Serves as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.

Assesses and coordinates patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

Position requires critical thinking skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Must be able to function effectively in a stressful environment.

Uniform is ceil blue scrubs.

This department sees a higher volume of behavioral health patients.
