The Flagship Store Manager will oversee the operations of New Era's NYC Flagship store, set to open in early 2026 in SoHo. This store will be a cultural hub where brand, community, and commerce come together. The Store Manager will play a crucial role in launching and establishing the flagship store.
Responsible for the store's overall success, this role will drive revenue growth, manage the profit and loss (P&L) statements, build and motivate a diverse team, and create memorable customer experiences that define New Era in one of the world's most dynamic markets.
This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit : the Store Manager will set the vision, maintain high standards, and execute tasks with agility. Responsibilities include ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining brand-right employee staffing levels, coordinating local events, scouting collaborations, hosting in-store events and more. This position will excel as both a strategist and an operator, creating a destination that sets the benchmark for New Era retail.
Responsibilities
Own the flagship's performance, driving multimillion-dollar revenue, margin and profitability goals
Lead visual merchandising and in-store storytelling, ensuring that product displays, large-scale screen content, and marketing activations align with brand strategy and available assortment
Build and inspire a multi-layered leadership and sales team, capable of delivering results while telling the brand's story in every product sold

The salary range for this posted position is $90,000 - $115,000 (plus benefits) and pertains to candidates located in New York City. Actual compensation will fall within this range and is determined by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, education, essential job duties and requirements, and necessary experience.
