RRequested Skill Set : RN, ORT\n\n Must have : Labor and Delivery experience\n\n \nAdvanced skills needed : RNs : Experience with circulating C-sections, experience with transitioning babies\n\nORTs : Experience with C-sections, D&C, hysterectomy\n\n \n\nProcedures performed on unit : C-section, D&C, hysterectomy, Bakri balloon placement\n\n Certifications Required : None required\n\n Preferred for RNs : RNC-OB, C-EFM\n\n Preferred for ORTs : CST
