What You'll Do

Evaluate and treat patients, modifying care plans as needed.
Design appropriate plans of care integrating goals and treatment outcomes.

Perform examinations and document findings in accordance with policies.
Monitor care delivered by support personnel and provide feedback.
Communicate with referring providers on patient progress.
Complete annual requirements for therapy clinical ladder for senior status.

What You'll Bring

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Illinois.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days.

Strong knowledge of orthopedic and neurologic conditions.

Ability to perform patient transfers and demonstrate safe body mechanics.

Empathy and respect in patient interactions.

Salary, Shifts & Location

The compensation for this role ranges from $72,000 to $124,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is based in Mattoon, IL, with flexible scheduling options available.
