Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for monitoring all inbound and outbound traffic on the Nashville yard
• Ensuring all outbound trucks have all appropriate DOT requirements
• Manage traffic in the inspection lane
• Inspect equipment and drivers to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations
• Manage vendor traffic and ensure no unauthorized entrance is gained
• Understanding of regulations and required maintenance
• Ability to work with other departments in order to meet a common goal
• Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Internal software (AS400, TMT, Platform Science)
• Highly organized in order to manage all truck and vendor traffic coming onto and off of the yard

Qualifications :

Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
