Admission Coordinator
This position on the Systems & Operations team is crucial for managing application processes and supporting our Territory Managers. The successful candidate will be highly organized, efficient, reliable, and adaptable within an environment that has multiple priorities. The ability to work as part of a team and to contribute to the positive dynamics of the office environment is important to this position.
Responsibilities include :
- Application processing which includes, but not limited to, scanning and uploading materials (into Slate CRM), and managing large volumes of emails and phone calls
- Responsible for gathering and shipping travel materials for the Territory Managers travel, and sending high school visit posters to the high school announcing the Territory Manager's visit
- Creating high schools and colleges for schools that are not in Slate
- Responsible for responding to college fair invitations, assigning which Territory Manager, Alum, or Student Ambassador who will attend the fair, and paying the associated fees
- Responsible for printed materials and inventory. Notifies the Communications Associate Director when materials are getting low
- Responsibility for creating and / or updating all processing documentation
Required :
At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative work is required. Knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel and Word.Preferred :
Experience working with CRMs, preferably Slate.Hiring Range : $21.44 - $23.58
