Job Title : Field Assurance Lab Technician
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

🧩 Role Summary :
This role supports day-to-day operations in the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Lab , including :
- Receiving and documenting complaint samples
- Preparing and tracking return kits for domestic and international shipping
- Reviewing images and videos related to product complaints
- Following lab safety and documentation practices
🛠️ Key Responsibilities :
Record and log complaint samples accuratelyPrepare and ship sample return kits (domestic / international); maintain inventoryUse Track Wise to manage and track image / video review requestsMaintain proper documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP)Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and biosafety standardsKeep lab clean and organizedWork professionally with internal teams and vendorsManage storage and disposal of complaint samples properlySupport ongoing improvements to lab processesReport any issues to the supervisor📌 Requirements : Required :
Strong attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsBasic problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsProficient in MS OfficePhysically able to lift at least 50 lbsMust have completed Hep B vaccine series, be willing to take it, or sign a waiverPreferred :
