job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRecord and log complaint samples accurately Prepare and ship sample return kits (domestic / international); maintain inventory Use Track Wise to manage and track image / video review requests Maintain proper documentation using Good Documentation Practices (GDP) Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and biosafety standards Keep lab clean and organized Work professionally with internal teams and vendors Manage storage and disposal of complaint samples properly Support ongoing improvements to lab processes Report any issues to the supervisor Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work independently and in teams Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Proficient in MS Office Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs Must have completed Hep B vaccine series, be willing to take it, or sign a waiver Experience with FedEx shipping systems Prior warehouse or medical / lab (GMP) experience
Job Title : Field Assurance Lab Technician
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM
Interview Type : In-person
Education Required : Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

This role supports day-to-day operations in the Field Assurance (Complaint Handling) Lab , including :
- Receiving and documenting complaint samples
- Preparing and tracking return kits for domestic and international shipping
- Reviewing images and videos related to product complaints
- Following lab safety and documentation practices
