We're seeking a motivated Restoration Technician to join our team of hardworking, compassionate individuals who thrive in dynamic environments.

What You'll Do :

• Respond to emergency service calls for water, fire, mold, and biohazard restoration.
• Perform tasks like water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleaning to restore properties.
• Communicate effectively with customers, crew chiefs, and management to ensure top-notch service.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job sites with a clean, professional appearance.
• Participate in ongoing training and pursue certifications.

Who We Are Looking For :

A team player with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency. Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions (lifting 50+lbs, climbing ladders, working in tight spaces). Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks. Availability for on-call shifts, including some nights and weekends. No experience is required - we provide hands-on training for the right candidate!

Requirements :

Compensation : $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
