Overview
As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations. You will report directly to our Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager , and you'll work out of our Rocky Mount, NC location. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence. Your contributions will impact our bottom line and help Honeywell stay at the forefront of advanced manufacturing technologies.

Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee advanced manufacturing processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement advanced manufacturing technologies
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to manufacturing teams
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
