  • As our Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth across our customer segments.
  • You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to design and execute data-driven growth strategies.
  • This is a high-impact role with significant visibility and opportunity for advancement.
  • Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies to drive qualified leads and conversions.
  • Own and optimize the customer acquisition funnel, from awareness to activation.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to implement growth experiments and improve onboarding flows.
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and SEO initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and report on growth metrics.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Partner with sales to align lead generation efforts with pipeline goals.
  • Test and iterate on pricing, packaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Qualifications 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or product-led growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, and SQL.
  • Experience running A / B tests and growth experiments.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with the foodservice industry is a plus but not required.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation.
