We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our Preschool.

  • As a Preschool Teacher, you will :

  • Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for 1 year old babies.
  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.
  • Do You Have :

  • A genuine passion for the education and care of children and babies?
  • Atleast 2+ years of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility and caring for infants and / or babies (required)? 3-4 years of experience with babies, is preferred.
  • CPR and first aid certification?
  • Ability to meet state / local childcare licensing requirement?
  • CDA Credential : A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition is a common requirement.

  • Associate's Degree : An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is another option.
  • Technical Certificates / Diplomas : A Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development also meets the requirement.
  • Bachelor's Degree : A Bachelor's degree, especially in Early Childhood Education, is another acceptable qualification.
  • Other Credentials : In some cases, 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
