Ready to join a fun, growing athleisure brand? GOAT USA is seeking a Temporary Paralegal to provide critical legal support across company operations. You will work directly with our General Counsel to increase the efficiency of our legal department by assisting with the drafting, reviewing, and editing of a wide range of agreements, as well as supporting intellectual property matters and compliance initiatives.

Job Purpose

The Paralegal will play a vital role in supporting the General Counsel by providing comprehensive legal assistance across various aspects of the companys operations. This role is designed to enhance the efficiency of the legal department by managing initial drafting, reviewing, and editing of a wide array of agreements, which are critical to the companys business activities. The Paralegal will also support on intellectual property matters, ensuring that the companys policies remain up-to-date and in compliance with current laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves creating and maintaining essential legal templates, contributing to the development of training materials, and supporting the implementation of compliance processes.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, edit a broad range of agreements, including wholesale agreements, vendor agreements, services agreements, influencer agreements, and leases.
• Draft, review, and edit cease and desist letters, office action responses, and assist in trademark specimen collection.
• Assist with legal research and the updating of company policies.
• Create and maintain agreement templates.
• Build training decks and assist with the creation and maintenance of compliance processes.
• File contracts, agreements, etc. into GOAT USA internal file system.
