CNC Machinist / Programmer

About the Role :

Finzer Roller seeks an experienced first shift CNC Machinist / Programmer. The Machinist plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process utilizing machining techniques to produce high-quality components.

Specific responsibilities for the Machinist will include :

Program CNC lathes using Mastercam and G-Code.

Set up and CNC engine lathes with Fanuc controls.

Machine metal parts with tight tolerances (up to + / - .001")

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Repair steel or aluminum cores using CNC lathes

Use precision measuring tolls including calipers and micrometers.

Focus on quality output

Qualifications :

3+ years CNC setup and operation experience.

Experience with G-Code and Mastercam required.

Ability to use precision measuring equipment and strong math skills.

Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay and Benefits Offered :

$28 - $35 per hour, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly.
