Positions : 2 Spots - 1 Asian Specialized Automotive Technician / Mechanic & 1 European Specialized Automotive Technician / Mechanic - Join our Rapidly Expanding Team Today!

Location :  Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation Range :  $40-$60 / hr., depending on experience.

AutoShop Recruiting is working with a high-end independent shop in Scottsdale to help them hire an experienced and motivated European or Asian Specialized Technician. This is a high-volume, well-equipped facility with a great local reputation, steady workflow, and a leadership team that supports their techs.

Pay & Schedule

  • $40–$60 / hour flat rate (based on experience, certifications, and performance)
  • Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends!)

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain European or Asian makes and models
  • Perform bumper-to-bumper work including diagnostics, engine repair, suspension, and drivability
  • Work with modern diagnostic equipment and OE scan tools
  • Collaborate with a strong team of advisors and fellow techs to deliver great service

    • What You Need

  • 3+ years of experience working on European or Asian vehicles
  • Strong diagnostic and R&R skills
  • ASE Certifications (especially A1–A8 or L1) are preferred
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • A team-first attitude and high standards for quality work
