Monitor progress of civil works, structural steel erection, concrete placement, architectural finishes, and site improvements. Review installation methods and ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project QA / QC requirements. Participate in field inspections and punch walks; document and track closeout of CSA-related deficiencies. Validate that all structural and architectural installations meet design intent, load requirements, and data center operational performance criteria. Support site acceptance and turnover activities by reviewing as-builts, test results, and quality documentation. Interface with third-party inspectors and ensure all relevant documentation is properly maintained and submitted. Support project schedule and cost control by identifying scope risks, constructability challenges, and potential design impacts. Collaborate with procurement and construction management teams to review vendor submittals and manage long-lead CSA materials. Lead coordination meetings with design, construction, and commissioning stakeholders to ensure alignment on technical and schedule priorities. Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering (PE license preferred). 812 years of relevant experience in CSA engineering, with at least 35 years in data center, industrial, or mission-critical construction. Strong understanding of structural steel, reinforced concrete, architectural finishes, and site civil design. Familiarity with building codes, standards, and guidelines (IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE, etc.). Experience with BIM tools, AutoCAD, and construction management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, BIM 360). Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving project environment. Willingness to work on-site in Pryor, OK, and coordinate daily with project management, contractors, and client representatives.

Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior CSA (Civil, Structural, Architectural) Project Engineer to join our data center construction team in Pryor, OK . This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all CSA engineering and construction activities across large-scale, mission-critical data center projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of structural and architectural systems, strong project engineering experience, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, on-schedule, and compliant infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Engineering & Coordination :
- Serve as the technical lead for CSA scope, providing design and field engineering support throughout all project phasesfrom design development through commissioning.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) teams to ensure seamless integration of building systems within structural and architectural designs.
- Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and data center standards.
- Track and manage CSA engineering deliverables, including RFIs, change requests, and drawing updates.
