Are you ready to drive innovation and excellence in supply chain operations? OPmobility is seeking a passionate and results-driven Supply Chain Quality Engineer to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to lead impactful initiatives, optimize logistics systems, and contribute to a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your Mission :

  • Promote Safety : Champion a strong safety culture across all logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Optimize Systems : Improve production planning, inventory management, and logistics processes using Lean principles and OPmobility best practices.
  • Drive Innovation : Design and implement improvements across upstream, internal, and downstream flows—both physical and informational.
  • Support New Launches : Collaborate on new product and process introductions, ensuring seamless integration into supply chain systems.
  • Coordinate Engineering Changes : Lead change management efforts and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Performance & Process Indicators :

  • Reduction in logistics-related incidents and near misses
  • Improved customer service rates and delivery performance
  • Optimized inventory levels and logistics costs
  • Enhanced supplier service rates and transportation efficiency
  • Increased accuracy in forecasting, EDI integration, and shipping processes

  • Value Stream Mapping (VSM) & Material & Information Flow Analysis (MIFA)
  • Logistics FMEA (LFMEA)
