Travel Nursing Job Details Location : Roswell, NM 88201 (New Mexico travel nursing jobs) Assignment Length : 13 weeks (09 / 29 / 2025 – 12 / 29 / 2025) Healthcare Setting : LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) Unit Shift : 12-hour nights (18 : 00 – 06 : 30); options for 36 or 48 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay : $1,750 – $1,880 Scrubs : Provided (purple, navy blue, or OR scrubs) Charting System : Epic EMR First-time travel nurses welcome! Registered Nurse Qualifications Active New Mexico or Compact RN license (required at time of application) Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse experience Certifications : BLS and NRP (required); PALS preferred Experience with Epic EMR documentation (preferred) Proven ability to provide couplet care, manage laboring patients, and circulate for cesarean sections Strong clinical assessment, triage, and newborn care skills Willingness to float to similar clinical units as needed Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients and their newborns Provide couplet care, including newborn assessment and breastfeeding / lactation support Circulate and recover patients for cesarean sections Perform triage of obstetrical patients and respond to emergencies Assist with vaginal deliveries, episiotomy / incisional care, and phototherapy Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams (respiratory, radiology, pharmacy, social services) Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR Support a safe, family-centered care environment with rooming-in for newborns Work flexible nursing schedules, including weekends and occasional schedule adjustments Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career as a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse in Roswell, New Mexico!
